If there's one error message that I never get itired of seeing: Unable to print AP_InvoiceRegister.rpt. Database Connector Error. [Database Vendor Code: 9]. Error in file AP_InvoiceRegister [ BD4887FF-9446-4627-BFBE-890F07AAB27D ].rpt. Database Connector Error. It's perfect. Can't be fixed by rebuilds. Only solvable by restore or DFDM. And basically shuts down processing until you can do a manual intervention to fix the date. Way to go Sage !!

Well, a day late and a dollar short, but was fixing the date validation on the list of improvements submitted to Sage?

Don't think so as how would qualify as a QUICK win??? Problem seems quirky, dates are everywhere and it could take quite a while to touch every spot in the code. I have encountered this a couple times and it is a major PITA. I doubt if Sage has the resources to figure this one out. They still haven't corrected the paid today flag issue in cash receipts.....

The end user who reported this problem just emailed and said they went into invoice data entry, paged through the data entry until they came to an invoice where the year was 214 instead of 2014. I've had other users encounter this problem and tell me they think their keyboard was wonky and mis-keying things (hardware issue) Which tentatively leads me to believe there might be some screens not error trapping or validating the date fields.
