If sponsors want to allow someone to attend meals or the event, what should I charge? To make it simple, I was going to do $200 per meal / event (above and beyond what is already included in their sponsorship package - for example Diamond is already entitled to send 2 people to everything). Does this seem reasonable? Or ... just say no because it infringes on the space of the sponsors that paid more? (sorry for all the separate threads on this - next year will be smoother I imagine.)

Provided there's no conflict -- ie we don't have two EDI vendors trying to attend a sponsors meal - the $200 sounds fair but I think we should let @JeffSchwenk manage some of these cost / price questions as well as take responsibility for the budget. This may work best (smoothest) if we all have a pre-defined ""job"" so that we don't have to play all positions.
