One thing my client found is they were printout reports with the PO# on it which they used to reconcile shipments that may have been sent to the same ship/to. That # went away on reports and VTech wanted $$ to add it back. The ability to modify the report also seems to have gone away.
Experience with VTech was not bad. For $600 they set everything up. The problem always is that the client WILL fall back to you when something goes wrong and expect you to quarterback the repair.
