    If an end user is on Silver maintenance and midway through the year they run out of cases with Sage (use up their 5 calls) -- can they upgrade to Gold simply by paying the difference 21% vs 25%?

    As far as I know they can move to Gold at anytime with the fee being prorated for the remainder of their maintenance year.
