    If an employee would be exempt from social security(due to age) taxes how would we handle in Sage, as a new earnings code and just uncheck FICA?

    I have a client with a similar situation however it is for J1Visa employees. I have separate earnings codes for this as well. Reminder when you go to run the W-2's, you have to select that box in the wizard that refers to having wages that are not subject to social security. I forget that button every year!
