Sage 100

If a customer is on v2016 or newer, and moves to the S100 subscription, is there a way to block the URL for ET to Phone Home so the keys don't change? Have a few customers that don't want their screens changing and can't handle the disruption (high maintenance!) of a new screen first thing in the morning. Is there any fallout from blocking the URL? Does the updating of the keys affect any Custom Office settings if user chose Standard (new) upon login?

Not that I'm aware of but would be interested to hear

You could add a line to the servers C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file with the following: 127.0.0.1 licensing.services.sage.com
