Committee Education

Hello everyone

Following our meeting this week - I have added the following category and choices on Ideation and they are live.

If you have any additional category ideas, please let me know.  I am hoping to share this with the Consultant Community tomorrow.  I will ask that people submit ideas and then follow a protocol of posting the idea on the consultant community to notify the membership and begin obtaining votes and comments.

Not sure if you really want to open up input on either of them since they both fit in Miscellaneous.  Probably the fewer the categories the better?

I also wouldn't mind more sessions that create opportunities for members to socialize with each other. It creates a dynamic where they get to engage more with each other vs. being "talked to" in other sessions. Some people are social butterflies by nature, but it would be a good way for newer members to get pulled into the community on a deeper level.

I also like @Brian Kelly idea. Promote engagement/networking/fun. Casino Night is always a hit because it pulls in all three factors.
