This definitely sends a negative message to the channel. Marc was hardly around long enough for most consultants to meet or talk with him, although he implied his tenure would only be temporary. This year he only attended the Intacct conference, not MOTM, which also sends a message to us. Unless it involves Intacct, Sage does not care about us.

It's more a measure of a company's stability. The more stable and growing a company is, the less frequently you'll see unexpected turnover. At least, that's my theory. I think Sage North America is (and has been) operating as a branch office of Sage UK since they sent Pascal Houillon from the home office. IMO, there's minimal strategic direction set in North America.
