They may have forgotten to update their documentation. I was able to upgrade a customer who has this product to version 2014 earlier this year. However, the upgrade may have been provided especially for this customer over risk of losing him, but I'm not sure. I can tell you that ICS is always *very* behind, and always difficult to reach when there's a problem. Sadly, they're nowhere near as bad as some developer companies I've worked with over the years. You learn from experience who's good and who's bad. It takes more than software that meets a need to make a viable product.
