I would write more of a comment about this but I need to run to the bathroom before I pee myself: Hello everyone, As a follow up to all of the comments regarding the registration keys, I would like to provide the following update: The issue with registration keys is isolated to customers (new or existing) who purchased product for Sage 100 between our Atlas go live date of February 27 and April 19 (when we corrected the issue). All registration keys generated on or after April 19 are working properly. Existing customers who have not added product to their account or had new keys generated between February 27 and April 19 will not experience issues with upgrades. Based upon partner feedback and to improve the registration process, effective May 2 the registration keys for all new and add on product orders will utilize the customers Atlas account. We have identified the customer and the partner associated with each of the orders placed during the February 27 to April 19 time frame and we are in the process of creating new registration keys for each of these customers. When we have completed this process (by the end of next week), we will provide each partner with a list of customers impacted and the new registration keys that have been generated. In the mean time, if you experience any issues with registration keys, please contact your Irvine based Sales Advisor and they will provide new keys for you. A channel communication with this information will be sent to all Sage 100 partners. Thank you for your continued feedback and support as we work through this issue.

Didn't Tom Miller already send an email stating that this problem did not exist...

My customer purchased additional CRM licenses on 5/17 and received non-working license keys....I think they still have a problem.

@WayneSchulz - No, I think what he said was that they had talked to customers affected and the vast majority of them prefer to not have working keys to actual using the Sage software.

Per a message thread on LinkedIn - try emailing Tamara.DeSimone@sage.com for unlocking keys.
