I would like to get a thumbs up/down on whether the group is ok with admitting in general Sage partners to the technical section. This will involve moving us all to Yammer. The Sage non-members coming into the technical area would only see external Yammer communities: MAS 90 Urgent MAS 90 Routine Sage VAR General We would charge fee for people - most likely after 30 days - and use the free version (for now of Yammer).

I left the guy at Yammer an email and never heard back about getting a trial. That started me wondering if we are better off just using the freebie version. I think we can fit the new folks into a free external group. It just means all the 90 Minds people must use their email to login to yammer because the free Yammer only allows those on a 90 Minds email address to login to the main Yammer.

We can try the free one and upgrade if it a compelling reason arises.

I can't vote until I better understand. How does this open membership to the tech support area help or hinder the 90 Minds membership? Why would someone join 90 Minds if they can get the support stuff without being a member? Apart from a handful of us that share business ideas and sales experiences and orphans knocking on our doors ... what would 90 Minds members receive as part of membership?

I see the previous threads discussing this but I can't access the comments - it seems like they are corrupted or something...
