I wonder who at Sage is getting bonuses based on this stuff. I can hear the REAL conversation - ""Hey how can we downplay the fact that we no longer produce manuals or write help files (in English)? "" .... I got it .... didn't microsoft used to have this feature ""Microsoft Clippy"" ? ... I think that worked ... let's use THAT....

Copy of email that I received regarding Sage Advisor and Sage 50..

Believe me at some point in Sage 100 history this Sage Advisor will be popping up ""Hey did you know you get xx calls per year to Sage"" ... Best be building the differentiation between you and Sage NOW.... (Tip: Charging hourly or a lower rate is probably not a ong term plan unless you just want to get by).

Probably did some market research which indicated that the 20-30 year old user has no clue what a user manual is. Avatars are the wave of the future. We are showing our age...................

User manual? You mean people used to read instructions ... from ""paper""? Whoa -- far out!

Despite the Anytime Learning and Virtual Classroom offers over the years, our ATC is still very busy (with users across several generations). I don't expect the cartoon characters to replace on-site visits or live-instruction from an educator.

@BrianRice You might be the only ATC left. Anyone else with an ATC with scheduled classes?

@JimWoodhead ...and that might be one of the reasons we see so many users.

By far the top request for training that I receive is Crystal Reports class.

Crystal is the only class we hold now. (Not an ATC but we are certified trainers.)

We should have more Crystal Reports classes ourselves.
