I wonder whether this story will start being retold in the Sage Channel..

But it does remind me of a Bob Scott or that british ERP guy article. It's deceptive. As was casually mentioned, the main reason for his client being pissed is because at the time they were pissed they were on a 7 year old version of the Microsoft software. How good was Kerio in 2003? (Or did it even exist and will it exist in 2023?)

I agree Mark. (I also think Exchange is a dinosaur though - we switched to GMail a year or so ago and are extremely pleased with the decision.)
