I will be re-sending on final request to complete our vendor member benefit survey. So far the results are what I'd characterize as unhelpful. The majority of the vendors ticked off wanting every benefit and when asked if you could pick one they all picked a different one. Results here: https://docs.google.com/a/community.90minds.com/spreadsheets/d/1x14Q4zggm3KVYz23tYR-lnu0bctpCzZnvkAQv1LsPOI/edit#gid=1502768899

I am going to tell Kristen from JDB Solutions that we will set up the GTM if she can provide the promo details, etc. I know her and will be able to coordinate this one quite easily.

Sounds like a plan...or at least 12% of a plan.

Sounds like similar results when we polled our regular members too for member benefits. In the end we just need to go with what we think is best.

With 7 responses here is what was ""if you could pick one of the options"" 90 Minds Promotes Our Webinars - 1 We join a conference call -2 We join a podcast - 1 90 Minds coordinates and hosts the webinar - 3 I'm rethinking the idea of just promoting -- because the main problem with just promoting is we have no idea of the results (until renewal time). I don't think the vendors have any appreciation of the effort that goes into the promotion so we'd be doing some additional work for something that is very hard to claim as a benefit to the vendor. I think as much of a problem as it can be we should go back to scheduling and promoting the webinars for the vendor members who have it in their benefits package. We should continue to hold off on confirming a date until all the info is gathered (I think we have an online form that we can mail) and we should be looking for a lead time to promote it. I can't recall what we were asking for previously but 2 weeks or more lead seems about right. Vendor members would also like to promote to end users. Peter kept mentioning that and I think we are going to see it more and more. Unfortunately we don't have reach into the end user and I suspect asking our members to promote the webinars would be minimally effective. @ThereseLogeais thoughts?

I just sent Kristen an email saying we would put it on for them if they so wish. Otherwise, they can host it themselves. Either way, we would promote through SC and the newsletter. I cc'd you @WayneSchulz . I also said we can let partners know whether to invite their customers or not.

The VM we have the most trouble with are usually troubled to begin with.

I think we need to hold them and promote them to the group. If they can't create content that doesn't suck, we can't help that and they won't be back next year. Others will get it.
