I was reviewing the due membership and in the form area We have the following breakdown .... Select Membership Option * Enter total number of initial licenses requested 1 Initial User = $500 3 Initial Users = $ 800 5 Initial Users = $1,200 Will we accept that for renew also? If not we should change the wording.

I thought our renewal was $500 per office and $250 each additional - @JeffSchwenk is that what we're billing?

Good point. I am preparing invoices with the $500 initial, $250 there after based on the post from June.

That's what I think we decided on - to simplify. It increases multiple office costs over our old schedule.

I changed the form that Jim was referring to so that it reflected our $500 for the initial user and $250 each additional

Not to keep kicking the sleeping dog and keep revisiting the point (as I am quite happy with the simplified rates), but do we want to offer a lower renewal rate (e.g. 400 for the first, 200 for all additionals)???? Also, Brian Rice just added another user last week which I need to bill for. Do I bill the new user rate (which I am leaning toward or the renewal rate (which is currently the same)? I think we decided on the 90Minds rate, but what about OASIS (Brett Zimmerman's company). Just need to comfirm that they will get the 90 Minds rate.......... Again, don't mean to wake up the dog....

As I recall the reason we went up on rates is we want to incent people to be active and move to full 90 Minds status. I'd rather we avoid keeping rates so low that people who do not participate renew just because it's cheap(er). I think everyone comes in on the renewal rate. Perhaps our discussion is do we want to have membership ""drives"" where perhaps the rate to join is 1/2 (or whatever the discount) to give first year people a chance to see what it's like. Ultimately I'd like our goal to be that people become active and move to 90 Minds or they decide to leave or pay the higher rate.

I think an renewal rate it good idea. It give an incentive to stay signed up. Instead of dropping and resigning later!!!! It is a pain to turn people on and off.

I like the simplicty - 500/250 for the initial, 400/200 for renewals. I think we are going to catch a lot of people off guard because of the introductory offier that they joined. Is $250 a lot for a year. Not if your'e active! Right now everything is being loaded at the 500/250 rate. Who is the contact e-mail at Blytheco? Last year it was Judy Enders but didn't she leave the firm?

I vote for 400/200 renewals too. Regarding Judy. I will email Jane and ask her who?

Regarding Oasis group. Since Brett in a senior member they get an 90 mind renewal. I would definitely point that out on the bill too.

And by the way @JeffSchwenk Thank you from all the 90minders for being the bookkeeper. We ALL appreciate it.

Thoughts on a response? Hi Jeff, Jane Scanlan from my organization forwarded the 90Minds invoice over to me. Can you remove Judy Enders and Charles Rogers from the list? Also, since we have so many consultants, can we get a better rate for each consultant? Please update the invoice and forward it to accounting@blytheco.com and cc me psim@blytheco.com. Thanks! They're already getting a pretty good rate since they'll likely claim all their consultants really work from one office. I think we should hold on the rate and not get into discounting. I might have a different opinion if they were a little more active on a regular basis.

I agree with Wayne but I would hate to lose Jane Scanlan, She is a very knowledgeable consultant and a potential 90 mind senior member candidate.

Will respond accordingly, I don't think we will lose Jane. Hi Jeff, Thanks so much I will forward this on to Phil Sim, VP of Client Services. We just had a discussion a couple of weeks ago with all consultants asking how we thought the 90minds experience was and the overwhelming consensus was GREAT! Anyone know the scoop with VB? I heard their office had a break up?

With the exception of VG, everyone has been invoiced. Total billings equal $14,650 sans VB.

I believe Joe Jenders isn't with Vrakas Blum any more. I believe VBScan has been renamed.
