I was referred by a Chicago area CPA firm to advise a near west side carpentry/building contractor. They are currently using a current version of Sage 300 CRE. I met with them for a few hours on Friday. they have several disparate parts to the puzzle.. duplication of work and manual processes. In addition to Sage 300 CRE they have Quickbid/On Center for quoting and Tool Watch to keep track of which employees have tools and what tools are on what job. They are considering moving to another construction software package such as proCore, ComputerEase, or Foundation. It seems that the Sage 300 CRE consultants they have are not doing a good job.. to say the least... I recommended before entertaining the new vendors, they have another Sage 100 CRE consultant take a look at the current configuration. Does anyone know of a great Sage 300 CRE consultant, preferably in the Chicago area, (but not mandatory)?

I work exclusively with Alliance Solutions Group, which is headquartered in Florida, but has local offices in California and Texas, possibly other locations. All they do is Sage 100 CRE (Master Builder) and Sage 300 CRE (Timberline). They were Sage Business Partner of the Year for 2014, not that it makes them good, but they are. They definitely know everything construction and real estate. I am confident about their knowledge, because I worked in those industries for many years. They have also been very responsive and on top of implementations and support. I have one installation of Sage 100 CRE in process with them where I am managing the project, and it is going well. I'll follow up with a contact in Florida for you.

Mistake in my post. This is Sage 300 CRE NOT Sage 100 CRE. Thanks @JohnHoyt . I will contact them soon.

Here is the contact: Tim Boerio | Alliance Solutions Group, LLC. 888.559.9540 x4003 | Direct 813-319-9921 Tim Boerio <tboerio@alliance-sg.com> Alliance primarily focuses on CA, FL, TX, LA, OK, MS and the Caribbean. Tim mentioned that their reseller community is fairly tight, since there are not as many, so he may want to attempt to repair the relationship.

Thanks John. Current reseller is well known in the area here. Super slow to respond to requests.. Waiting 2-3 months for simple requests... System is disorganized... nothing integrates.. tons of manual work, duplication of effort, and islands of information.... not sure this relationship is repairable... but keeping an open mind.
