I was on-site at a customer and installed a test 4.5 system but they are not live on the system. Now their PC Charge (which is still pointed at their 4.3 ) is spitting out: PC Charge: SSL TCPIP Error: There was an error in creating credentials no certificate found on your system Any ideas?

On the test system, did you go to company maintenance and turn off credit card integration?

I just checked and it's turned off. They can't process at the server either. My current WAG is that the reboot of the server caused some issue with PC Charge. Unfortunately I know what happens now when we call PC Charge you are forced to upgrade to whatever their latest is -- in addition to purchasing a support case. It's all a pretty good scam.

right - I don't think there is any way to fix a certificate issue without going straight to PC Charge. You could poke around with the system manager and see if you can find a current certificate - i just can't remember the exact steps. Gotta love PC Charge!

I already prepped the customer that they'll: a. Be forced to upgrade b. Be forced to pay PC Charge for support

As predicted this is exactly what PC Charge had the customer do. They think the upgrade fixed it but I'm sure going through a reinstall would have done similar.
