I was moving a client to a new server and decided all was quiet and Sage 100 2016 had been out for some time. So... I upgraded a client yesterday to 2016. 2 out of the 5 workstations are receiving a Blue Screen of Death. Anyone experience this one? I have not found any commonality between the two machines other than they are within proximity. The issue appears to be time from clicking the icon because some times you get to the user selection and other times the company selection.

    1. Standard, Advanced, Premium 2. Status of AV - has the new location of the Sage 100 been excluded on desktop and server scans?

I have two machines that are using the same central antivirus without any issues without the exclusion. I will request the exclusion though. Sage just told me they do not have anything in their software that will shut a machine down so it must not be Sage as they would be getting lots of calls. GRRRR. I uninstalled an old 3.71 and 2014 installs off the machine and installed 2016 and now we have this issue. I think there was a 3.71 install on each of the machines that had an issue. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the workstation on at least one of the machines.

And Wayne for the win! Thank you so much. I had to put an exclusion on the drive.

I have had it slow a workstation down but not BSOD a machine.
