    I was just called a genius by a customer because I knew how to map a network drive and run a wksetup on a new computer for one his employees. Love it when they don't realize how many times we've done the same thing over and over and over then think you're a genius when it works. (Course, it was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon - easier to look like a genius when time is running short.) Good start to the weekend!!!

    It's sort of like inheriting customers that had a really bad install. The bar is set really low so you just need to skip over it and look like an Olympic star! :)

    I've been told by a confidential source that a press release will be issued in mid-July as follows: ""Due to customer and partner feedback, we are changing the venue of the Sage Summit conference. Instead of the Gaylord hotel, we will now be meeting at the airport parking garage in a more informal manner. Security guards and police may pose a slight problem but we will simply move to a different floor of the garage and ask that everyone follow the #SummitOnTheMove hash tag on Twitter for up to date details. Food and beverages will be available in the airport concourses. We feel that this move will give the partners and customers the event that they have been demanding. PS. We hate you."" This is premature and I was sworn to secrecy so please ... let's all keep this quiet.
