    I wanted to make the JOB-OPS group know that scripting does work with some JOB-OPS screens/processes. For example a recent project I worked on was to make the ""notes"" field from service dispatch available in the technician notification. By default it's not a field available, however through scripting it can be copied to a UDF. I hope that helps.

    Yes, service dispatch = Field service.

    Sorry, I was specifically thinking about Service Agreement Maintenance, Service Agreement Invoice Maintenance and Equipment/Asset Maintenance.
