I tried calling Sage support because I am getting errors on a VI import of VIWDEF and VIWGEN file not found. The files are on the server and Sage's knowledgebase provides nothing. So, I called Sage and a message came on saying ""Due to the high call volume, we are not able to answer your call right now. If this is an emergency, please leave a number, otherwise call back later."" Really!! I am so ticked off I can hardly think straight. Wonderful customer service. Any help on the errors would be appreciated and sorry for the rant.

I got this and registered for a call back. I got a call back in 15 or so. It was better than sitting and waiting. As for the error, any other imports giving the issue?

If another import has the same issue, in the absence of other information, I would chase permissions. I am shooting from the hip and not experiencing this one.

Maybe this one. Error: ""File XXXXXX not found"" when running a Visual Integrator import job Cause MAS90/MAS_SYSTEM/VI_JobLog.M4T is missing or damaged Import job may have unneccesary Credit Card Fields (PY prefix) Resolution Rename the MAS90/MAS_SYSTEM/VI_JobLog.M4T file (If it exists) Restore the file from backup, or Manually reinitialize the file Note: If manually reinitializing, the file will get created in the MAS_XXX\VI folder where XXX= Company. Move the file to the MAS_SYSTEM folder

Call back from Sage took about 10 minutes and I got a very, very green consultant. Did tech support also move to Atlanta? @LisaDion - that turned out to be the one. I found it before the tech and then got stuck because IT had the system set where a user couldn't rename a file.
