I totally missed this (it might have been on Portal training video #20 that I skipped), but I didn't realize that Sage is no longer mailing/emailing commission credit memos. In case you missed it also, you now have to go to the Portal, then Reporting Center > Commission Statement (last item on the left). You can download the information to Excel by right clicking on the grid and choosing Broadcast and Export.

Thanks for the catch. I wonder if you can download your invoices from there also so it appears they aren't even mailing invoices now. But then again, it has ONLY been two weeks since their last invoice.

Isn't it now where they send you a check at month end if you have a credit balance otherwise, they offset the credits to outstanding open invoices? That's my interpretation - no more credit memos.

I dunno. I have a client that signed up for SPS and I received an invoice for $0.02 dated 3/1.

Sorry, the Commission Statement is the last item on the right (not the left). Never could get my directions right.

Our CAM said yesterday that the ROR issue regarding not getting maintenance for the new partner is incorrect. He said that refers to Easy Pay customers only - the original partner gets the entire commission on that up front, not like it is now with monthly credits. In looking at my commission statement, it looks like they are crediting me with the remaining months of my customers with Easy Pay in March.

I believe this is presently correct and the rules on ROR apply to subscription pricing just announced.
