Prior to confirming the speakers I think the participants need to know a final cost and to commit. The last thing we want is 5 or 6 to drop off saying they didn't realize it would cost more than their deposit.
I think that we should provide a lunch, coffee, snacks/soda as getting a large group out and back can be a hassle (though there are a lot of places to eat) as I recall).
Short and sweet - need a final confirmed count before we can make a go/no-go.
Contract and pricing, etc seems fine to me.
