90p Admin

I think we need to have an admin Hangout within the next week. I would like to propose Monday night at 8:00 Eastern / 7:00 Central / 5:00 Pacific. Agenda would include: High Priority: Our future on Socialcast 90 Minds at Summit - we need to inform the members and non-members what we are doing Scheduling regular meetings - First Tue of each month? Future direction of the group - have we reached the pinnacle or can we be something more? Electing a Chairman to execute strategy built by group consensus - pay a stipend? Paying members to blog? Hiring a full-time driver or a do-er or both?

Monday night at 7pm ET works for me.

Attached is the proposal from from Shaver on the MOTF event. Let me know of any questions. We have collected enough to pay the first installment. We are currently at 18 PAID attendee. 19 if Peter would wear the pants in his family! John would like to set up a MOTF private group for the attendees to start posting topices to cover. The agenda attached is the standard agenda but he would like to customize the presentation for the group so he is looking for attendee input. Amy Shaver is estimating another 1600 for beverages and snacks. Lunches not included so that could easily go much higher............

8 works better for me. 50/50 chance the kids will be where they need to be.

Prior to confirming the speakers I think the participants need to know a final cost and to commit. The last thing we want is 5 or 6 to drop off saying they didn't realize it would cost more than their deposit. I think that we should provide a lunch, coffee, snacks/soda as getting a large group out and back can be a hassle (though there are a lot of places to eat) as I recall). Short and sweet - need a final confirmed count before we can make a go/no-go. Contract and pricing, etc seems fine to me.

Monday works for me too

I sent a goto meeting with a link for screenshare if we want and a dial-in number - let's try this format instead of the hangouts. We can still use a video camera for the ""hangout"" effect. :)
