    I think we had a similar report of this (see below ) and that a reboot of the server was the fix. Anyone remember? Error adding 'Attachment'. ChilkatLog: AddFileAttachment: Failed to open file (2) filename: \\mas90\Acct\V410\MAS90\Paperless\forms\000000009_20120918_20120918_000.PDF osErrorInfo: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Failed to add file attachment

    Customer claims reboot did not solve the issue. I'm thinking that I've seen this here somewhere but can't find it in a search.

    @WayneSchulz can you directly open the attachment from that path? I recall having an error like this and it was a file that was still spooling out and the PDF generation hadn't completed. Also, is this via paperless office or from selecting the export/email print option?

    What I did was rename the PDF to *.old. That brought up a different issue of creating PDF. Since customer recently had their computer replaced (the second biggest driver of support calls right behind upgrades) it's possible that IT did not fully install the workstation. I'm testing some more.
