I think this may have been discussed previously, but has the SSO KB searching function gotten worse? For example, if I want to locate any write-ups containing 'so_levelconversion', and I do a search for 'so_level', nothing comes up. It appears I need to search for 'so_levelconversion'. So beware that if your search string isn't specific enough, you might not be getting the proper results.
