I think this has been asked before but I can find the message thread.
Is there a way to copy a company and retain the master data but not the transaction history? I know we can create a new company and copy the GL account structure, chart of accounts, main accounts, and sub-accounts. Is there a way to do the same with Vendors, AP Divisions, AP Terms Codes, and AP Bank Codes? I realize that I can do these with VI but something is tickling the back of my mind of a utility that was available ""back in the day"", to copy configuration and master file data from company without copying balances or history.
