    I find that customers considering a switch from FRX tend to play 20 questions about what SI is, what's included, what does it cost, what does each module do, etc. A prepared boilerplate explanation can save a LOT of time.

    Unless the customer has a single company and only wants to do financial statements, they almost always will need the Connector module, so opting for a Gold Plan which includes Designer doesn't make sense. The bundle is in many cases the best option. The Gold Plan also has very little of value. No 15% discount and the quality of Sage support is low.
