This change seems much like Lorcan Malone's departure. I was told by someone on the inside that Lorcan's departure really was completely personal, relating to a major change in family circumstances (I shouldn't share the details here), which arose over the course of a couple weeks. He declined the opportunity for several months leave for the situation and decided to just split the sheets.
The various elements of Infor's CRM/Marketing tools changed dramatically over the past couple years. I think they will be bringing in somebody quite different to make the most of the pieces.
