I think I posted this before but I just saw the reminder. For comparison purposes it appears that SLA (the old Sage Leadership) gets $750 for their retreat. It looks as if this includes one dinner. They have two sponsors. Let's assume they attract 30 people @ $750 = 22,500 Meals $ 60/ea for lunch = $1,800 x 2 days = $3,600 Room & AV - $2,500 Sponsorship - ? let's just guess $2,500 total It's a nice little +/- $20,000 fundraiser

SLA runs on fumes financially. I attended one of their board meetings. Their biggest problem is that they were hitched to Sage and they are taking steps to mitigate that. SLA = Strategic Leadership Association now.
