    I think i figured out how to add a new employee to the portal, but doesn't that automatically make them eligible to call support or do I need to flag something somewhere else beyond contacts?

    @Mark, haven't you done the infinitely interesting web based training that is almost useless? You have to give them a bunch of rights and they have to be certified in the thing they are calling in. As soon as I saw what an SAP system it was, I delegated this function
