I'm going to be working on a list tonight as I have one of those ""can you come in and show us everything that's new since x.xx"" training days tomorrow.
The Customer Upgrade Guide is a good version by version listing however, I find that during training people don't really want to go version by version and instead they want to go module by module.
I'm going to put this into a mobile friendly type layout so that I have it easily available because the question of ""what's new"" constantly comes up from people.
The other problem I've found with these types of training is you attempt to get the customer to narrow the focus of the training and instead they just want you to ""show us everything that's new"". Having done this a few times I can say that by the first 15 minutes nearly everyone in the conference room's eyes are glazed over and usually the accounting manager is sitting across from you saying ""oh, we don't use that"" or ""oh, we'd never use that"" ....
