    I swear I have done this before, but now for the life of me can't remember how I did it... or I'm just lost and have never done it. How do you control the order of the Action Links that appear as part of Workflow? Customer has a modified Lead Workflow and wants the Action Links to be in a consistent order as they progress through.

    Use the Order field for each Action. Of more interest to me is ... why are they using Leads? The reason I ask is because a general recommended course of action by my group is to move customers away from Lead usage 99% of the time as it just creates more confusion for the average customers with little to no value. Far better to integrate Lead management through other entities (Company, People and Opportunties). It's not always possible of course and I'm not trying to say it's wrong to use Leads. Just curious if your group approaches it the same way?

    We agree and we try to avoid Leads because it is confusing. This one is just going down their own path on some things.
