I suggest we close down renewals for vendor members on 12/31 otherwise we potentially are delayed in finalizing our agenda for MOTM 2015. If a vendor member has signed up for MOTM but has not renewed we should refund them.

Well, their registrations are free so no refunds SHOULD be necessary for MOTM.

That's true. I think we should work in the 12/31 cutoff date for renewals and stress that after that date we won't be able to offer tickets.

I think next year we should specify that you register by this date for Vendor members too.

Might make a good agenda item for Sunday morning in SD. The good, the bad and the ugly of MOTM 2015. Do the debriefing while it is still fresh in our mind.
