    I stumbled into a squirrel hole this morning while working with emailing forms from MAS PO module. It has always been my understanding that when electronically delivering a PO form to the vendor, I could only have one email address set up in Paperless Office set up menu for PO form. I THINK that I found that you can assign a different email address to each form code in PO printing. Can anyone enlighten me on this? TIA Cooper

    All of the forms are like that, I think - you can assign a from email address during the actual printing, and it will save it.

    First, customer is on MAS 200 2013. Yes, when I quick print a PO and change the Paperless Office Output selection to Electronically Deliver Only, I can click the icon next to the drop box and see that there is an email address field on the Electronic Delivery for Forms box. I can change this email address from the existing address and it will send from that email address and remember it for next time just like the other settings of the form code.

    Beth has it right this was a fix added in v2015 to make it function like the sales order module. You have a choice of using the master vendor email address , the email address input on the PO itself (data entry) or any additional email added in the paperless setup screen in vendor maintenance.

    @CooperBlack - yes, all forms have that little icon and have that option.

    @CooperBlack Yet, the setting is not per Form Code. You can change the email address, yet it will retain for the Form print screen, not per code.

    While using something other than STANDARD, I'm attempting to override the 'from e-mail address' and 'subject' line during A/P Electronic Payment Remittance Advice Printing (via the Elec Del icon on that Printing screen). But on both 4.40 and v2015 it pays no attention to my overrides; it uses the default 'from e-mail address' and 'message' from Paperless Setup, and it doesn't save the override values I specified at time of Printing. What gives?!

    _Continuing from my last post above_: No matter what I do I can't get the system to pay attention to what I specify for the 'From e-mail address' and 'Subject' line fields on the Elec Del for Forms screen that I'm accessing via A/P Elec Pmt Remittance Advice Printing. So basically it seems like this feature is broken for A/P Elec Pmt Remittance. Works perfectly fine though for PO E-mailing, and it retains my overrides.
