I show that we have a 1 pm Administrative Meeting tomorrow September 3, 2015 (Thursday). During that time, I would like our main focus to be the review and approval if the info we are providing Association Resources so that they can start their bid on the administration/management.
As we've discussed I don't think it's feasible that we are going to devote significant time to a transition until the MOTM is over in February 2015. Therefore we'd be looking for a start date March+
There is a significant amount of transfer work and restructuring (moving from admin team management to committee).
