I sent Marty Rotblatt a message asking to have a call to get specifics about what or if they intend to bid. I expect to speak with him next week. In the unlikely event I don't hear or he doesn't respond I feel we should remove AR from consideration and develop a plan B.

Any thoughts on Plan B?

We could approach someone like Joanne Benzer, scale back to just Socialcast or continue on as is. I am not going to continue as-is and would need someone to take on the plan b responsibilities as president.

I was assuming we were all still in agreement that a change was needed overall. I was just seeing where everyone was on plan B.
