    I sent (and cc:'d you) an email to Donal Deshaies regarding the Sage KB and requesting some information on what Sage's future plans for the KB is. I'll update you on what I hear - if anything. I think it would be a good idea to have some type of admin group call with Sage to learn more about what is going on with the KB.

    I think if they knew what to do and had a way to do it, they'd fix it. Unfortunately, I don't think they know what to do.
