I sent an invitation for admin meeting next Thursday 5/5/16 1 pm to 2:30pm. Please respond and note that we will take the full 1.5 hours so plan accordingly.
- I will go over a discussion I had with Joanne Benzer at ITA regarding whether we might want to consider her for some (or all) of our outside administration tasks. I will also share some insights regarding Association Resources (AR) and IT Alliance.
- We will discuss AR and their request that we enter into a multi-year contract.
- I will propose (and send you each in advance) a new organizational structure for the group which essentially will rotate most of us off the board prior to MOTM 2017, create a 5 person board of directors (with rotating terms) and have us select these replacements prior to MOTM 2017.
