I sent an email to the support box at V-Technologies on behalf of a customer, as they are experiencing a printing issue from StarShip only and everything else seems in order.
I get a strange response back from their support person saying they are very busy and I should call the support line if I need help.
Included at the bottom of his email right above his signature is:

Did I miss something? Ha.
Seriously, does anyone have a method of escalation or another support method with them?
In the meantime, I hope their hold music is alright.
