I searched in here but didn't find anything so I apologize in advance if I missed someone else's posting. The Count Card Variance Register does not print the correct variance cost for lotted items. If an item is counted that has multiple lots with variances, it prints the same lot unit cost for every lot, even though the lots have different unit costs. I've made a custom Crystal report so the client can see the real dollar variances. In this case the difference between Sage's report and my report is 65%! My report's variance is to the client's favor. I also could not find this issue posted on Sage's KB.

Did you import the counts?? There is an issue with lot distributions when imported.

I have not heard of that although I'm not sure if I have a client using Count Cards and Lot valuation. Let us know what version and if you find a fix

I saw that article but we did not use VI. And that article states that the quantities are wrong ... which is not the case here. It's that the Lot Unit Cost is reported incorrectly on that Count Card Variance Report.
