I saw this comment from @PhilMcIntosh in a prior post: ""BTW, just confirmed with partner advocate at Sage - the practice of not including custom office until you hit 5 users of Sage 100 is being maintained."" What is the context of this comment? I'm hoping that I can tell one of my 4.4 clients with 5 users, that upgrading to 4.5 will get them Custom Office. Anyone know the story?

@BarbaraGoldstein , at 5 users, they should get Custom Office, but you may need to put in a request (or test the 4.5 keys on Atlas - you probably want to test them anyway before you have the upgrade scheduled).

I have a customer with 5 users that didn't have custom office before, and they are still on version 4.30. I put in their current unlock keys and they now have Custom Office. They got it for free.

Here is the thread from back in April where it was discussed. https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/10527377?mini=true If your client has five or more users but never purchased CO (prior to 2004??? when it was bundled with the initial 5 user license), they can now have Custom office at NC. As indicated, if you don't want to wait for their renewal, just request a copy of the v4.5 keys. Which, by the way, include an extra user license for the CRM module. I don't think you need to be using CRM to take advantage of the extra license.

I am assuming you are referring to module pricing, not user pricing. In the user pricing PDF, the custom office module is cleariy included.
