    I recently upgraded a system from Sage 100 2014 Standard to Sage 100 2016 Standard and now when I try to launch the Sage Intelligence The system doesn't appear to respond. The program asks for a module date but after it is entered, the report manager or report viewer just don't show up. This is a parallel migration. Any ideas?

    Are you running this from workstation? It installs as a part of workstation client install. I've attached the instructions I followed when I did this.

    There's a known issue with that on at least one version. The only work around for now is to launch from outside Sage 100.

    This is actually happening on my machine right now. I can see the Sage Icon flash in the task bar, but then just disappears. This happened to me once before and I followed the environmental requirements and found that VTSO was not installed properly. I haven't had time to troubleshoot on my machine, but maybe check all this stuff.
