I recently upgraded a MAS 90 4.4 client to Sage 100 Standard 2013 (5.0.4). Today, we find that in Cash Receipts, Lines Tab, the Invoice Field Lookup always shows zero invoices. The Select Invoice button over the GL account field shows Open Available to Pay invoices and allows selection just like it should. I also noticed the Sage Windows have square corners where other installs have rounded corners. I'm unsure if these issues are related. The 4.4 and an older install are still on the server and perhaps 2013 is affected by the older installs. Any Ideas?

I had a similar issue where there were no invoices shown when the customer did a lookup of open invoices. We had to replace the lookup files. In Windows Explorer, go to ..\Mas90\Soa. Rename SY1Q01, SY1Q02, SY1Q03, SY1Q04, and SY1QDD. Replace with backup or I've seen people take them off their personal support machine. Just be sure you backup, etc.

A month ago somebody ran into something very similar in Cash Receipts Entry on the Invoice No lookup after upgrade to 5.0 from 4.? In his case, replacing the lookup files didn't help but what did was temporarily added a UDF to AR_OpenInvoice. This fixed the lookup. Then he removed the same UDF and the lookup still worked. So in his case it was a dictionary issue instead of a lookup issue. Mentioning it just in case it's applicable here.

In practically every 4.x to 5.0 upgrade I've done, I've gotten an error 42 something or other when I've run the Lookup Conversion task after data conversion. Had a case on it with Sage, but their only resolution was to replace the files @WayneSchulz noted above. As part of my upgrade procedure, I always now save a copy of the MAS90 folder after install, but before migration for backup.

I started doing that about a year ago. Seems like extra effort but has saved me several times now. Thanks for posting @BarbaraGoldstein

Thanks so much for the replies. Yesterday I was about 80 miles from home base doing some training interrupted by 3 separate payroll issues, one of which was near the client I was training. Today is better and I will try the UDF first and then the file replacement. Long Live 90 Minds.

Thanks again for your support. In this case the UDF made no difference; however, replacing the SY1Q?? files did.
