I recently upgraded a client from MAS 200 4.3 to 4.4 on Windows SBS 2008 and am being challenged trying to get the application server to auto-start on a server reboot. The client has run the application server as a program rather than a service due to connection issues in the past. I found this kb article but the way I read it there still needs to be a login: Sage MAS 200 ERP Application: Library Master Version Reported: 4.30 Subject: How to run Application Server Startup automatically at server startup when the application is NOT running as a windows service Possible Resolution: 1.Select the MAS 200 Application's program icon group a) Copy short cut icon ""Application Server Startup"" b) Position the copied icon (step a above) into the Server's/Login/ ""window's startup group"" Note: Server 200x - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup for all user's or User Profile Startup Folder for a particular user login name- This folder will be executed for a particular user login: :C:\Documents and Settings\LoginName\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

So you already have the MAS 200 Application Server Startup icon in the server's Startup folder on the Start Menu? Does it yield any messages?

I have tried this yet, but will do so tonight. The language in the last sentence seems to me to indicate there is still a login required.

This article describes how to configure Windows to automate the logon process by storing your password and other pertinent information in the registry database. With this feature, other users can start your computer and use the account that you establish to automatically log on.
