I recently saw the thead on remote comtrol. Do you think we should look into getting a bomgar box or one of the other applianz boxes for use by our fellows?

Not a bad idea. Who maints it? We all use this but what percent would/could drop their existing solution?

I guess, what is the catch? Who maintains it? Who administers it? One of the deals with Bomgar is there is an entire list of people on the page they get sent to.

Why not use teamviewer? No servers, no recurring charges unless you want to buy a newer version etc.

One of the reasons we still use GTA is that the customer can drop to a page, grab our name, and click to connect without calling first. It's a plus for us and our customers and may not work for others. I don't think Teamviewer does that.
