  • 1.  I recently had a client start using Paperless Offi

    I recently had a client start using Paperless Office and they are noticing that with batching turned on in GL Journals, if they post more than one batch the resulting PDF is (obviously) consolidated and the original batch number is changed to ""multiple"" so that kills their audit trail. Other than having them post each batch individually, is there any way to make Paperless Office separate the batches? Thanks!

    Don't think there's a way to have the batches post separately, but perhaps you could add the batch number to the journal, so that each could be tracked.

    Not a fan of GL PDF's. The JE's are available for reprint so there is little need (IMHO) for archiving to PDF's.
