I received an email from an end user inquiring about on-site Sage Inventory Advisor consulting. ** Please read the ""Additional Details on How We Can Help You?"" fully and note: a. They are looking for on-site training in Alpharetta GA b. Experienced (you have experience with several SIA) - watching a webinar / attending a seminar presumably doesn't count In all likelihood this is a rate check against a quote they've received from either their present partner or Sage. Keep this in mind in judging how much free time to give these folks. I do not know who the present partner is or whether there is even a partner in the picture. If you are going to contact these folks - please be sure you've fully read their request and meet the criteria. After having reviewed the request and determined that you would like to pursue please leave a comment here so that people know someone has already contacted them. I am replying to them that I don't offer these services and I will ask my group and if anyone can assist they will contact the user directly.

Yes this is one of my accounts and I am not sure who Nikki is. They just went on SIA and I don't think they have used the training that came with it from Sage yet. She might just be jumping the gun a little.

Let me know if I can be of any help @ToddMartin. There are ways to find out if the end user has taken the training or not.

So far they have not taken the training. I talked to Tom at Sage and he said that they get the online training plus they get some follow up time with the implementation team to answer any questions they have. Nikki thinks that might be enough for them.

It may or may not be, depending on the condition of the IM, SO, PO data.

Data is from 4.05. They ship 10k+ orders a week so it is a lot of data.

It's not the volume, since SIA can be set to show 6, 12, 18 months for analysis its the condition of the data. For example are SO and PO full of old orders, are there primary vendors set, do they have/use lead times, etc.
