I received a call from Jason at Kissinger to let me know that one of my customers who had used their In-synch/Webstor for website integration to Sage 100 was now going to be getting multiple invoices. Apparently ROI (who you may know as the creator of In-synch) and Kissinger were co-marketing for year or two around Webstor.
Seems like Kissinger owns the Webstor ""product"" and the site is still online, however, the underlying sync tools seems like it will no longer be ROI/In-synch.
I had one customer use Kissinger for the above product which is why I probably got the call. I'd say the experience from my side was kind of ""meh"". Took me several calls to get a commission on a deal that was a lay down ""we're sending the check now"". Kissinger, in my view, wanted me to wait until they were sure they hadn't messed up so badly that they wouldn't be paid.
