    I received a call from a third party vendor that uses ODBC to link their product into MAS. One of their installed base (not one of my clients) recently upgraded to Sage 100 2013 and now the third party app is not working. When the vendor tech support dialed into the computer he could not find the ""SOTA"" ODBC in neither 64 bit nor 32 bit setups. I asked him if he knew which version (Standard or Advanced) and whether or not the installation was upgraded to SQL. He couldn't tell me any of this. Can anyone tell me if Sage has changed their ODBC in recent Sage 100 releases?

    If it's not in the odbc admin, then has workstation setup been run on the system he remoted into? Did he remote into a profile that didn't have it installed?
