I noticed the Tier Dashboard has disappeared from the Partner Portal. Ours has been wrong for almost 6 months, so it probably makes little difference.

That may be a good question to ask tonight at the ITA dinner... PS - Haven't these tier dashboards only been out about 6 months? Also did the whole ""here's what your customer needs"" dashboard disappear too? I remember last year Sage was quite a few public demonstrations about how helpful this cross-sell tool would be.

That's the ""Sage Advisor"". It's still there and operational. We have found it to be generally helpful in identifying potential customers for specific products.

According to my RSM/RAM, they are making some adjustments, and it will be back up soon. According to him: ""The tiers are changing to be more in line with partners growth objectives."" No matter how they spin it, this can't be good for us.

I just received the email on the new tier thresholds. Huge increases to make Diamond, Platinum and Gold going forward.
